Objective of the Course Unit

• This course aims to show students how to apply the knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities by seeing the big picture. In the course, students will learn how the needs of a project are determined, how its scope is clarified, how the project is planned in terms of success criteria (scope, time, cost, etc.), how the project is executed and controlled and finally how a project is closed.
