Objective of the Course Unit

The course aims to explore what strategic planning is, what it does, how it is done, and the necessity and importance of a business plan.

In this course, the idea of the problem and refurbishment work is an introduction to modeling and development. Information for those who have ideas and entrepreneurial spirit, experience, include practical hands-on techniques, including error and lessons..

Contents of the Course Unit

This course, by triggering the students’ entrepreneurial spirit, finding thawing value problems in working lean and agile way by finding atomic solutions, applications in small models, by testing, by measuring, by solving problems and feedback will continue to develop and they learn when products and services available on market, it aims to raise awareness and ability.

While these entrepreneurial spirit, value propositions, customer segments, access channels, customer relationships, income, key resources, key business partners, key activities and will reveal the cost model.

Contribution of the Course Intending to Provide the Professional Education

The aim is to develop innovative and analytical solutions to the problems that students encounter in their work life.

Ability to produce innovation and business is most important function that leverages corporate to the future.

Course Objectives (Learning Outcomes) 

Upon completion of the course, participants should be able to:

  1. Ability to produce analytical solutions to problems that may arise in the business world
  2. Understanding the effects of organizational factors on planning and implementation
  3. Understanding organizational influences of external factors
  4. Ability to develop a holistic business plan strategy
  5. See how companies in different industries with innovative ideas that transform business models
  6. Learn strategic business modeling components with the help of conceptual perspectives
  7. See examples of business models, companies will be treated as case
  8. Business canvas model and 9 components

Course Materials

“Running Lean, by Ash Maurya”, “Lean Startup, by Eric Ries”, “Business Model generation, by Alexender Osterwalder & Yves Pigneur” textbooks will be make use of in lecture. Additional teaching notes and copies of slides used during the lectures will be provided to the students through the home page of the course.
